I must admit, I have been very careful about gaining weight this pregnancy.
I am watching my calories and working out, and eating healthy. I have been doing well, only gaining 2 pounds into my 15th week. With James I had already gained 14 pounds. (Thanks to a LOT of homemade banana bread).
Imagine my surprise when I got on the scale and was up a total of 6 pounds! How could I have gained 4 pounds in 24 hours? (Especially with my marathon hour-long workout yesterday?)
Hmmm . . . could it be my new best friends?
Aaahhh . .. their lovely, sweet and sour goodness! Only 140 calories in 16 pieces--5 servings per bag for a total of 700 calories.
But who would eat an ENTIRE bag at one sitting?
Why, that would be me, of course. A couple of nights a week. Me thinks the Sour Patch Kids could be sabotaging my goal to gain no more than 25 pounds this pregnancy . . .
Edited at noon to say: OK, I just did a re-weigh and it was some funky error. Back to only 2 pounds. Must have been my big fuzzy socks, LOL. OK, so where is that bag of SPK?
