Amazing . . .

Looks like the new baby isn't the only thing that is growing like crazy around here . . .

Our backyard is just flourishing in this beautiful 75 degree weather! I was just amazed to see this on one of my four tomato plants this afternoon:

Even after all the work and research that I have put into these tomato plants, I never really thought I would see blooms, never mind a profusion of buds soon-to-open. I am VERY EXCITED.

Each of the tomato plants has easily tripled in size. Could I really get some fruit???

Likewise, the little herb garden that I planted has also grown very quickly. And it smells so mmm . . mmm . . GOOD!

Guess what this beautiful blossom is from? Our lime tree!!

And here are the Lady Banks in full bloom. They are just GLORIOUS.

Here are a couple more shots from along the back wall. To the left . . .

And to the right . . .

WONDERFUL!!

I'm completely envious of your yard/garden...you should see ours! Yuck! We have a large yard but haven't been able to do much work yet...I plan on planting an herb garden, starting a compost, and planting flowers and organic veggies...
