Quilting?!?! Already?!?! You are awesome. :) I can't wait to see the finished product. Are those Ella's old outfits?
They are!!!!! Lotsa mistakes, but I ddn't want to pour a bunch of money into my first project. Repurpose, right?
Ok. I need a sewing machine. I have saved 3 different blankets worth of stuff with this same exact idea. But I don't have a machine. And the one I learned on is an old table machine that I tried to take from my great-grandmother's house but found in ill-repair - nothing like how I remembered it from 30(ish) years ago. Sad.
But now, I want a new one but am afraid I won't know how to use it!!

I am still waiting for a quilting fairy to come and help me with all the scraps I have waiting - so imperfect or not, at least you have started and made progress! I am really pleased to have come across your blog - especially the little sheep above, which look very fetching!
